Terms of Service
Welcome to MyTask. These terms govern your use of the service. We've written them in plain language, because we think terms of service should actually be read, not just published. By using MyTask, you agree to what follows.
What the service is
MyTask is a task and ticket workspace for teams, where you can create, assign, and track tickets (requests, tasks, support items) together with your teammates.
Beta status
MyTask is currently in private beta. That means the service is provided "as is," without an uptime guarantee just yet. You may run into bugs or changes in functionality as we improve the product. We'll do our best to keep you informed of anything significant.
Accounts and workspace ownership
Each workspace belongs to an owner (the workspace owner), who controls the workspace and is responsible for billing, inviting members, and general settings. You're responsible for keeping your own account credentials secure.
Acceptable use
By using MyTask, you agree not to:
- upload or distribute illegal content,
- use the service in a way that harasses, threatens, or harms others,
- attempt to access other users' workspaces without permission,
- try to bypass the service's security measures.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Plans and payment
MyTask offers a free plan. Once billing launches, the paid plan will be charged per user, per month, via Stripe. Prices are listed on our website and may change, with reasonable notice given in advance.
Content ownership
The content you create (tickets, comments, attachments) belongs to you and your organization. We only take the license we need to operate the service, meaning to store, display, and process your data so that MyTask works. We don't claim any other ownership over your content.
AI features
Some features in MyTask use AI to assist you, for example suggesting replies or summaries. These features are assistive, not automatic: AI suggestions may be imperfect, and a human should always review them before use. When you trigger an AI feature, the relevant ticket content is sent to Anthropic for processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination and data export
The workspace owner can export their data or delete the workspace at any time. After deletion, data is kept for a 30 day grace period before being permanently removed, giving you time to change your mind or finish exporting.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep MyTask running well and reliably, but like any software, we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, especially during the beta period. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the past 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
